With more than seven years of teaching experience in higher education, Wei is a dedicated educator specialising in music pedagogy, piano performance, and arts education. Holding a Master of Education Studies from the University of Canberra and a Master of Musical Arts from South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University, Wei has developed a deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of music education.

In her previous roles, Wei guided and recommended students for professional competitions and piano examinations, many of whom went on to win awards. As a result, she was recognised multiple times as an excellent instructor.

Additionally, she is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, bringing a multicultural perspective to her work and fostering inclusive, dynamic learning environments.
