Michael Rushby joins us from the Young Regional School of Music where he taught guitar for many years.

After completing a Diploma of Music Performance at CIT in Canberra, Michael commenced studying at the ANU School of Music, for his Bachelor of Music in Jazz guitar performance, studying under Greg Stott.

Michael has taught at CMT for over 5 years and is enthusiastic about all styles of guitar playing, guiding students to engage in their preferred musical styles for optimal enjoyment and development.

Michael is currently teaching at our Weston and Belconnen studios.
