1)      Individual tuition is based on one ½ hour lesson per week.

2)      Canberra Music Tuition uses the same term dates as Canberra Government Schools.

3)      Payment for tuition is to be made for the full term in advance. Payment must be made at or before the first lesson. 

4)      Once term lessons have commenced, no refunds can be made if students discontinue.

5)      Fees from one term cannot be transferred to another term.

6)      There is an allowance of one (1) make up lesson per term provided that more than 24 hours notice is received by CMT for absence from a lesson.

7)      If cancellation for a lesson is made on the day of the lesson, then the lesson is forfeited.
