Spring Concert Entry Form

The 2018 CMT spring concert will be held on Saturday the 22nd of September at the Wesley Music Centre, 20-22 National Circuit, Forrest ACT 2603.
The concert is a great opportunity for students to show everything they’ve been working on in their lessons and gain a bit of performance experience.

Entry is free
(if you need an accompanist other than your teacher, a small fee will apply).

We will run a series of 45-minute concerts throughout the day. Please indicate below which concert time would best suit your family’s schedule, noting that the final concert of the day is specially designed for (but not exclusively) vocal students.

Entries have now closed for the 2018 spring concert. All concert participants will be contacted after September 17th to confirm performance times.
